The display of menu options depends on the user’s access permissions.

If the user contributes only to bibliographic databases and has the profile of Documentalist or LILACS-Express Editor, only the Bibliographic Records source will be displayed.

If the user contributes to up to three information sources and one of them is Internet Resources (LIS) or Events Directory (DirEve), the Suggestions and Error Reports menu options will be displayed. The Editor profile also grants access to the Reports option.

If a user contributes to more than three information sources and has an Editor profile, all sources are grouped under the menu option: Information Sources.

To manage or contribute to each information source, simply select the name of the source type.

The following items are described here only due to the focus on contribution to bibliographic information sources:

• Suggestions: review and validation of events, internet resources, and suggested keywords for LIS and DirEve sources.

• Error Reports: review of reported errors for events and internet resources.

• Reports: automatic reports generated by information source (functionality under review).
