The FI-Admin system undergoes a monthly downtime for automatic data loads and preventive maintenance. These interruptions are generally scheduled for Thursday mornings, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Although the process usually takes about two hours, an additional two-hour window is reserved as a safety measure, both to handle unforeseen events and to protect users by avoiding the loss of data being edited.

A warning message is displayed on the FI-Admin control panel to inform system users. Be sure to check the message area in the control panel!
