Fields marked with a red asterisk indicate that the field is required, essential, or optional.

Characteristics:

• Mandatory: the system prevents the record from being published and generates a red error message to indicate the field with the inconsistency.

• Essential: the system does not prevent the record from being published but displays an orange warning message, indicating the field with a possible inconsistency or a dependency on another field to be completed.

• Optional: fields such as Notes are optional. Filling them in enriches the description; however, leaving them blank will not affect the functioning of the FI-Admin system.
