Guidelines:

Fill in only if requested by the database coordinator.

When applicable, include the names or acronyms of special collections highlighted in local databases in which the record should be included.

This field was previously used for record destination; however, with the migration from the legacy system LILDBI-Web to FI-Admin, it was replaced by the “Indexed in” field in FI-Admin. It currently includes legacy data, in addition to collection subdivision.
